Your business, online by next week

Mazin Web Studio designs and builds premium single-page websites for local businesses — fast, mobile-first, and found on Google. One page, everything your customers need: who you are, what you offer, where to find you, and how to reach you. Enterprise-grade engineering, small-business pricing.

Senior-engineer quality

The same standards applied to enterprise software — performance, accessibility, and SEO baked in, not bolted on.

Launched in days, not months

A focused single-page build means a fixed scope, a fixed quote, and a live site fast.

Local & hands-on

Based in the GTA — we can meet, and you get support after launch instead of a disappearing act.

Browse all live templates each one opens as a real, shareable page

Café

Modern & cozy — coffee first

Screenshot of the Café demo template

A warm full-width hero of your signature pour, a short story about the shop, a scrollable menu with a downloadable PDF, a live Instagram feed of your latest posts, and a map with hours right where thumbs land.

Hero About Menu + PDF Instagram gallery Hours Google Maps Contact

  • Your Instagram becomes your gallery — the site updates itself every time you post
  • A menu PDF customers can open, save, and share before they visit
  • Loads in under a second on phones — where 90% of "café near me" searches happen

Example CTAs: "See today's menu" · "Find us"

Restaurant

Menu-forward, reservation-ready

Screenshot of the Restaurant demo template

An appetite-first hero photo, your chef's story to build the brand, a beautifully typeset menu, one-tap reservation and delivery buttons (OpenTable, Uber Eats, DoorDash), a strip of your best reviews, then map and hours.

Hero Chef story Menu Reserve + delivery links Reviews Gallery Hours + Maps Contact

  • Reservation and delivery links placed where hungry visitors actually tap
  • Your Google reviews displayed front and centre to convert browsers into bookings
  • A menu built as fast, accessible HTML — not a blurry photo of a PDF

Example CTAs: "Book a table" · "Order delivery"

Gym / Fitness Studio

Energy that converts to sign-ups

Screenshot of the Gym / Fitness Studio demo template

A high-energy hero with your space in motion, class schedule at a glance, trainer intros, a results-focused gallery, membership options, and a free-trial CTA repeated at every scroll depth — plus map and hours.

Hero Class schedule Trainers Gallery Memberships Hours + Maps Contact

  • A "first class free" funnel designed to turn visitors into walk-ins
  • Class schedule you can update yourself in minutes — no developer needed
  • Mobile-first design for people googling a gym on their commute

Example CTAs: "Claim your free class" · "View schedule"

Hair Salon / Barber

Your work is the website

Screenshot of the Hair Salon / Barber demo template

A striking before/after gallery leads, followed by your services and prices in a clean list, stylist profiles, a booking button wired to your existing system (Booksy, Square, Fresha), reviews, then map and hours.

Hero gallery Services + prices Stylists Book now Reviews Hours + Maps Contact

  • Connects to the booking app you already use — no new system to learn
  • A gallery that shows off your cuts better than a cramped Instagram grid
  • Transparent price list that pre-qualifies clients before they sit down

Example CTAs: "Book an appointment" · "See our work"

Real Estate Agent

Personal brand + live listings

Screenshot of the Real Estate Agent demo template

A confident personal hero with your headshot and market stat, featured listings in swipeable cards, your sold record, client testimonials, neighbourhood expertise with an embedded map, and a home-valuation lead capture form.

Hero About you Featured listings Sold record Testimonials Neighbourhood map Valuation form Contact

  • A free home-valuation form that captures seller leads while you sleep
  • Your face and track record ranking on Google — not just your brokerage's page
  • Listings presented like a premium magazine, on every screen size

Example CTAs: "Get a free home valuation" · "View listings"

Dental Clinic

Trust-first + direct billing

Screenshot of the Dental Clinic demo template

A calm, trust-first hero with review count and new-patient welcome, services with honest fee ranges, a direct-billing and insurance section including CDCP, the team, patient reviews, and same-day emergency care surfaced where worried people look first.

Hero Services + fees Insurance Team Reviews Emergency Hours

  • Direct-billing section answers the #1 question patients call about
  • New-patient intro offer turns browsers into booked first visits
  • Same-day emergency slot messaging captures urgent "dentist near me" searches

Example CTAs: Book a visit · Call now · See fees

Painting Company

Instant estimate calculator

Screenshot of the Painting Company demo template

Built around an instant room-painting estimate calculator: pick the room, size, colour change and paint tier and it prices the job live, HST included. Plus services, the prep process explained, before-and-after gallery, paint tiers, reviews and GTA service areas.

Hero Services Estimate calculator Process Before & after Paint tiers Service areas

  • Self-serve pricing filters out tire-kickers before the phone rings
  • Paint-tier toggle upsells premium lines without a sales conversation
  • Prices dark-to-bright honestly, so no awkward surprise on the invoice

Example CTAs: Free quote · Price my room · Call now

Auto Repair Shop

Industrial look · CSS headlights

Screenshot of the Auto Repair Shop demo template

A deliberately different look — hard edges, hazard stripes and technical type instead of soft glass cards. Posted service prices, Ontario safety-certificate explainer, booking steps, reviews and a hero with headlights you can switch on. Dark by default.

Hero + light switch Priced menu Safety cert Booking Makes serviced Reviews

  • Posted prices answer the question every caller opens with
  • Safety-certificate section catches "safety inspection near me" searches
  • Proof a template can look nothing like the others and still be one codebase

Example CTAs: Book a slot · Call now · Service menu

~/whats-included

In every build, not as an add-on

These aren't upgrades or a premium tier — every site ships with all of it. Open any template above on your phone and you can try most of it yourself.

Tap-to-call everywhere

A phone number that dials with one tap, plus a sticky call bar that follows customers down the page on mobile.

Live "open now" status

Your hours drive an indicator that tells visitors whether you are open right this minute — no manual updates.

Maps, directions & hours

An embedded map, a directions button that opens their phone's map app, and your hours laid out plainly.

Found by locals on Google

Structured data tells Google your name, address, phone, and hours, so you can show up in local results and map packs.

Built for thumbs first

Designed on a phone screen before a desktop one, because that is where almost every "near me" search happens.

Loads in under a second

No page builder bloat. Hand-written code that stays fast on a weak connection in a parking lot.

Messages straight to your inbox

Contact and booking forms that land in your email in seconds, with spam filtering built in.

Usable by everyone

Readable contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader labels — checked, not assumed.

Secure & always on

HTTPS, a global CDN, and hosting that stays up. Nothing to patch, nothing to renew manually.

~/pricing

Simple, honest pricing

A modern, mobile-friendly website that helps you attract customers — priced like a small business expense, built like enterprise software. No hourly billing, no surprises.

~/how-it-works

From first chat to launch — in four steps

You don't need to know anything technical, and it takes about 30 minutes of your time in total. I handle everything else.

01

Free chat

Tell me about your business — 15 minutes by phone or a quick email. What you do, who your customers are, what you want the site to achieve.

02

Free mockup

I design a concept for your site and send it over with a fixed quote. You've paid nothing so far — if it's not for you, no hard feelings.

03

Approve & build

You like it, you place the 50% deposit, and I build the real thing — with two revision rounds to get every detail right.

04

Launch in about a week

You approve the final site, settle the balance, and it goes live on your domain — with 30 days of support included on every plan.

~/who-builds-it

An engineer, not an agency

Your site is built personally by Mazin Badr — a Senior Software Engineer who spends his days shipping software where downtime and defects aren’t an option, and previously led a development team as a Technical Lead. No outsourcing, no account managers, no template mill: the person you talk to is the person who writes the code.

That matters for a small site more than you'd think — it's why these load in under a second, work on every phone, and don't break the month after launch.

Full background & résumé

standard.01

Enterprise habits, small-business scale

Tested, accessible, SEO-ready code — the same bar I hold on enterprise software every day.

standard.02

Fixed scope, fixed quote

One page, clearly defined — you know the price and the launch date before we start.

standard.03

Here after launch

Local to the GTA, reachable by email, and around for updates when your menu or prices change.

~/how-it-compares

The three ways to get a website

A DIY builder, an agency, or someone who does this properly and charges like a small business expense. Here's the honest comparison — including where the other two genuinely win.

Comparison of do-it-yourself website builders, agencies, and Mazin Web Studio
DIY builder Agency Mazin Web Studio
Who builds it You do A junior or an outsourced team Mazin — the person you talk to
Typical cost $20–40/month, forever $4,000–15,000 up front $999 once
Time to live Your evenings and weekends 6–12 weeks About a week
Looks like The template everyone else picked Custom Custom
Speed Heavy page-builder code Varies Under a second
Small changes later You do them Billed hourly, queued Batched on a care plan
If you leave Site disappears Varies by contract Files and domain are yours

To be fair to the alternatives: a DIY builder is the cheapest way to get something online today, and a full agency is the right call once you need e-commerce, several staff accounts, or a multi-page content operation. A single-page build is for owners who want one excellent page and their time back.

~/faq

Questions owners actually ask

Do I own the website?

Completely. The files, the domain (registered in your name), and all the content are yours. If we ever part ways, you take everything with you — no lock-in, no ransom.

What do you need from me?

Your logo if you have one, a few photos, and the basics: your menu or services, prices, hours, and contact details. About 30 minutes of your time total — I write, design, and build the rest.

I already have a website. Can you redo it?

Yes — rebuilds are common. I'll review your current site in the free chat, keep what works, fix what doesn't, and move your domain over. The free mockup applies to rebuilds too.

What do hosting and the domain cost?

The domain is roughly $20/year, billed at cost with zero markup. Hosting for a one-page site is free-tier — on the care plans I manage it for you; on Launch-only I set it up and hand you the keys.

What counts as a "minor update"?

Text, price, hours, photo, and contact-detail changes — anything under about 30 minutes of work. Full Care batches these biweekly and includes new sections; Flex Care batches monthly, with new sections quoted separately.

How do payments work?

50% deposit to start, the balance at launch after you've approved the site. Care plans are billed monthly. E-transfer or card — whatever's easiest for you.
